From Academia to Soul Work
My path has been anything but linear, and it’s given me a unique toolkit to support you.
With a PhD in Cultural-Developmental Psychology from Clark University and a decade spent teaching and researching psychology, I possess a deep understanding of the human mind and how we grow. My research specifically focused on how mindfulness and meditation practices can transform relationships.
But I knew that true healing involves more than the mind—it involves the soul. Rather than pursue traditional licensure, I chose to deepen my spiritual training, earning a certification in Spiritual Counseling and drawing from my 10+ years of practice across Zen Buddhism, Catholicism, Yoga, Non-Duality, and other wisdom traditions.
Fox Grove is the synthesis of this journey: a practice where your rational mind and your intuitive spirit are equally welcomed, honored, and integrated.
Thank you for taking the time to learn my story. It would be my honor to now listen to yours. I invite you to step into the grove, where the wisdom of my journey can help you illuminate your own path forward.

What Makes This Work Different?
A Bridge Between Worlds
I speak the language of both psychology and spirituality. We can explore CBT techniques to manage anxiety and meditation to connect with your deeper purpose—all in the same space.
A Focus on Cultural & Spiritual Identity
Whether you’re navigating LGBTQ+ identity, cultural expectations, or your own unique spiritual path, I provide a truly inclusive, affirming space where all parts of you are welcome.
You Are the Expert on Your Life
I am not here to “fix” you. I am here to act as a guide and a mirror, helping you access the strength and clarity you already hold within. My approach is non-pathologizing and collaborative.
